Relapses can be very short or avoided completely once we eliminate all self-defeating behaviors and ways of thinking.

Once an addicted person gets in to recovery, they usually are able to stop using for short periods of time.  Then they start to hear the inner voice that says they can use one more time.

In working with a certified relapse prevention counselor, you or your loved one will be able to uncover the negative thoughts and behaviors that cause relapse.

We first help the client make the commitment to stop using.  Then we structure a plan to stop quickly if a relapse does occur.

Our certified counselors will help you identify high risk situations, and help you manage traits and behaviors learned in your high-risk lifestyle.  Then we will help you make a plan to stay sober, going over all the skills and tools needed to live a clean and sober lifestyle.
