BENEFITS OF YOGA:

Yoga does not only increase flexibility, posture, strength and balance, it has wonderful benefits that can increase one’s overall well-being.

Complete Detoxification – By gently stretching muscles and joints as well as massaging the internal organs, yoga provides the optimum blood supply to various parts of the body. This helps in the flushing out of toxins from the system, resulting in increased energy, mental clarity and memory. Yoga has a profoundly positive effect on blood pressure, the gastrointenstinal tract, the immune system and metabolism.

Meditative Practices- Through yoga an emotional balance is achieved through detachment. Meditation creates conditions, where you are not affected by the happenings around you. This creates an internal calmness and a positive outlook, which also has tremendous benefits on the physical health of the body. Yoga has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety which leads to an overall calmness of the nervous system.
